At Craytive Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, you are entitled to do so within 30 days without providing a reason.
Cancellation Deadline
You can cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive the goods or from the date a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product.

Refund Process
We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, such as items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
